HUH? i haven't read the newspaper article so i don't really understand the quandry. here on the historic side i have trash pickup 2x/wk and the first of the pick-up days is our recycle day where a truck comes a bit later than the trash truck to get the recyclables - are we going to lose that?

not a really big deal, i guess. after all, in maine we haul our own trash AND recyclables to the transfer station ourselves - no choice there!

The story is from 2007...changes have been in place for a while....we still have two days for trash pickup and one day for recycling.
