Default Rental taxes

So I rented a few times in 2011 and just discovered FL has a rental income tax. Can anyone help me with where to file online? Do most renters know this or ignore it in TV?

I'm also refinancing soon and the loan will be held in WI...will I need to report and rental income when that happens?

If you were the person renting and the rentor did not charge you sales tax on your rent you have no problem. It is up to the owner/agent to pay any sales tax due on the rental. It is sales tax that is due on rentals less than six months and one day. Over that period of time no sales tax is due.
