I would think that since there are more homes being built here every year that there would be more rentals.
I have no idea whether or not a higher percentage of homes are rented out. I honestly don't know, nor do I care if the people in my neighborhood are renters or owners. I'm not able to see any difference. |
I could never tell who was a renter vs. Owner. Most everyone is nice.

Based on what we pay it is a little over 1% in high season. High season the rent jumps a grand/month.
