It's off to a roaring start. My access codes do not work. Keeps telling me "The Access Code you entered is invalid. Please try again."

All Village residents should have received a letter regarding the 2015 Villages Resident Survey. The survey period is open from March 9 through April 5. Go to www.TheVillages.net and click the survey icon. You will be asked to enter your unique access codes provided in the letter.

FNPS encourages local landscaping practices and policies that preserve Florida's native plant heritage. This is an opportunity to advocate for improvements to our own development’s common area environment.

Please consider adding the following wording to your survey in the suggestions section:

Per the UF/IFAS Extension Florida-Friendly Landscaping principle #9 “Protect the Waterfront” and SWFWMD recommendations: Create a 10 foot filter zone around all retention ponds using native wetland and aquatic plants to: 1) reduce sediment and pollutants reaching the water, 2) stabilize and improve aesthetics of the banks, and 3) enhance habitat for wildlife.

Increase the use of native plants in our common areas.

Thank you for your support of our local FNPS chapter vision: The Villages becomes renowned for its extensive use of native plants and award winning native plant landscapes.

Sincerely,

Stephen Turnipseed
President – FNPS The Villages Chapter

Had same problem. Call customer service at 753 4508 and they will give you new numbers that will work.

Have your villages ID handy as they will need your lot number.

Well, it's now March 9 at 10:43 am and the site still doesn't accept my codes. If I recall, the same thing happened last year. The survey was late coming online.

We have not received our letter this year to take the survey. We lived in the villages for the past 10 years. Who do we call/send a note to? So we can take the survey?
