I am leaving the bubble for a bit and leaving my sister here to house sit. What are the differences between me turning in my resident ID and her getting a resident ID for $50 VS just getting her a guest ID? Free golf at executive courses and trail fee? Also what other advantages? Thanks

A resident ID will entitle her to all The Villages has to offer including golfing on the Executive Course and Katie Bells & all the rec centers, a Guest ID you need to be escorted and have to pay a fee. If you go the The Villages website it will explain it in detail.

Main things are the golf and using the sports pools. A bigger issue, though, is that while guests can use recreational facilities, they may not be able to join if the event is full. Residents have priority. At this time of year, I highly recommend paying the $50.

This is not true.
A guest ID does not require a resident to accompany the holder.
Using an In-Area Guest ID, does require a resident to accompany the holder.
I don't know what fee's you are referring to that would be different for a guest.

Bogie, I know that for duplicate bridge here, residents pay $2.00 and guests pay $4.00. I imagine all clubs have something like this. So, in a sense, this can be considered a fee.

It cost a guest $15.00 to play an executive course. That's what I paid last week.
