Our condolences. Bill was a great guy and volunteered many hours to help TOTV users. His user title has been changed to Eternal Member.

He helped me a lot with Candy Crush Saga's various levels and a lot of other stuff. I sure could use his insight in the upcoming weeks on much more important matters.
