I hope the lights are diamonds and not some light bulbs hanging over the tables?

That is an excellent rec. center, lots of amenities, everything is starting to come together down here, even started on the first retail plaza. There should be a lot of openings over the next 12 months.

Any idea on what shops will be in the new plaza?

The only one that is officially known is a Villages Golf Car store.

It is known that a grocery store will anchor the plaza. We can guess that it will be Publix, but a recent rumor says Lucky's Market.

I think it is safe to assume another tenant will be Citizens First Bank.

The gourmet food trucks at Marsh Bend and Edna's beverages should be opening soon, that's a start and then the Italian restaurant at Lake Deaton Plaza not all that far away.

Hoping everything will have a different vibe there, instead of the usual mattress’s, nail shop, and such. Hoping For different grocery.

Wait... how could this be? I saw a thread a few weeks ago that said "Da Developer" installs cheap pool tables/accessories because "Da Developer" is only interested in making money. So how could there possibly be an upgrade to the tables and better lights? It can't possibly be that The Developer is listening to residents and addressing their needs even if it costs more money. No... I guess I'm talking crazy.
