TV should let us have ceramic roofs which are so much more durability. They keep A/C bills down also.

We checked our insurance and there is a hurricane clause. We pay $5k deductible for roof damage due to hurricane.

On a house, you should have a $5k deductible period.

Insure for what you can NOT afford.

I have a PhD and am intuitive but there is clearly a glitch in the process of starting a new post. I use an iMac so maybe it is not compatible. Would be great to have a TOTV Forum/Post 101 class.
