Florida will collect state income tax from retirees. The amount due will be based on what they would have paid to the states from which they came.

Florida also to prohibit happy hour pricing in bars to discourage the excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages .

Gary Morse will form a partnership with Tesla, to build golf carts with a solar battery, that will last forever. No more smelling fumes, when driving around TV.

Everyone will be required to purchase one, if they have a gas cart, and those who have battery type cart, will be required to switch, when their batteries die.

Gary Morse is that powerful. :D

Like the book and TV series "Under the Dome", Developer will invest megabucks installing a huuuuge dome over entire The Villages area.
All residents receive force field entry cards to come&go. Non-res = like a toll. $2.50 to enter TV and must exit within 6 hours. The domed area will be climate controlled, kept at 74 degrees year 'round with 40% humidity. For fun during a few days around Christmas, they turn us into a giant snowglobe and we get a taste of the North.

On a similar topic, we call it "The Bubble". My Other half and I are on opposite ends of the political spectrum. Since moving here in Feb - we are under the Bubble - do not talk (yell...) politics or watch cable news stuff. peace...nice. LOVE The Bubble.

We will no longer be a 55 and over community. All houses will be sold to people under the age of 40 and only 20% will be allowed to be 55 and over
