If everyone would go against the regulations and start parking these beautiful RV's on the street do you have any idea what these streets would look like. The regulations are in place for a reason and they should be followed. It's the same as letting dogs out without leashes, if everyone would do that we would be overrun by dogs, the rules apply to everyone period.

They ARE followed. Not many people own recreational vehicles, after all, we LIVE here in lower paradise, most of us don't have a compelling urge to leave in an RV.

Never been a problem I have read on this forum and usually this forum is where we hear problems.

Wasn't aware of the amendment you cited. Looks like all CDD's amended the deed restrictions in 2017 to include that.
