I know there are restrictions on sign sizes but what is the sign size when selling our own Villa?

The standard rule is one sign no larger than 12 inches by 12 inches, and it must be inside a window. I think The Villages agents comply with the rule. But, many non-Villages real estate agents rountinely violate it.

Or, you can make/have made a sign the size of your windshield, put it in the car, and park on the street in front of your home. Unless you are in a villa, the streets are public and do not fall within the restriction area.
