That's pretty good! I eat what I want and mine 129, at 6 foot I still need to loose 10 to 15 pounds to get back to my high school weight of 174.

A couple weeks ago we bought Sam's Prime Cut Filet's and they were excellent. Pricing was the same as Publix Choice Cut.

I'm willing to bet there is not a restaurant in TV that will offer the above cuts on their menus

Hi CB -

Great to know about the Veal -- that alone may be worth a membership. Did you happen to notice whether they had lamb? Or if they will special order? Thanks.

Every ribeye is a steak, but not all steaks are ribeyes.

A similar rule applies to Kobe and Wagyu beef: Every Kobe steak is Wagyu, but not all Wagyu beef is Kobe.

Cooking two beautiful steaks tonight Artie Bucco Style. LOL
I wonder if they do their own cattle drive to the Sam's butcher shop?

OK keep eating Winn Dixie meat & think you're eating quality meat--the same goes for most of the meat that's served in most of the restaurants on TV--its restaurant grade which is below choice

????? Are you trying to say that expensive meat is more nutritious?

The price of steaks are not much more in cost than other stores, Winn-Dixie for example. It was the Wagyu beef that had a higher price. Much cheaper than Kobi Steak. I have had good steaks in a lot of grocery stores including Winn-Dixie. You just have to be able to pick out a good piece. Even great steak houses can have a bad steak once in a while

The entire store in Lady Lake is leaps and bounds over what we were used to back home. I believe anything you could think of they would do for you. They would stand on their head and spit Chicklets. They do try to push the more expensive membership at around a hundred that allows you in the store early. You can also go for the proper membership, the one for retirees for about fifty bucks.

Be careful around the part with the chicken. You could get trampled around there, people are nuts for rotisserie chicken.
