Default Sanibel Pix! 6-29-11

I am forever amazed at the speed at which these houses are built. My GaPeach and I were down for a short visit this past week and took a few pix to share with our Sanibel friends on TOTV. We counted over 30 homes at some stage of completion in the first section. A few are very close to completion! Wonder who is moving in first??!!

Our house had the slab poured last wednesday and we close on 8/26. That would be 59 days to complete. Just, wow!

Congrats to all the Sanibel folks.

I am really glad I got to witness this section grow from NOTHING. From the time they dropped a tunnel into the middle of a dirt patch (10/24/2010) to the way it looks now is amazing. Check out the pictures in post #1

Creating a tunnel in TV

One realization is setting in for me. Caly and I are running out of "Dog Parks" in a hurry. When we moved to TV (Mallory) the "dog parks" were in Hadley, last year was the beginning of St Charles and now they are way out on St Charles, Sanibel and a premier "dog park" up on 466.

Just amazing.....

Thumbs up Love it!

Hi GAdawg...Thanks for posting the pics. Nice to see our neighborhood coming along! Makes us even more excited to GET GOING! Is bldg predominantly in one area or on multiple streets? Any on Alee Lane or on your street - Baker, isn't it? Besides your foundation, I mean! Jim, our sales rep, said building was getting busier so when we start, in Oct, it may be out to 90 days start to finish.
You're lucky you beat the "rush". Congrats

PS - Hi PT !
Hi Peg & Bob...In a short answer, the whole first phase looks like a huge construction site. Building is spread all around, but there are several on Bradford loop and we have 7 started on Baker Ln. Second set of pix has a shot of one close to being completed on Baker. As for Alee, we did not see any building this trip, or should I say before we left on Wednesday. They started three site preps on other streets in the three days we were there. Sanibel build out is moving along nicely. We can hardly wait for August 26!

Hi Angie, we will be down again in another week or so and will try to post some updated pix then. Be sure to check out ajbrown's posts. He did a great job of posting pictures of a lot of the new infrastructure, especially the tunnel. More pix are on yesterday's posts.

Keep the pix coming. If everyone could take a few pix and post them while visiting, we can all see the neighborhood take shape. Congratulations, it is a very exciting time! Very exciting! See you in the neighborhood!

I notice this is your first post.

to TOTV.

Keep on posting with your updates. As you know, the building process goes very fast in TV like a well oiled machine.

Congrats on building a new home and best wishes for future happiness.
