The best thing you can do is call Publix Corporate office and complain. If you will go to publix.com and scroll down to the "contact Us" link, you will find the phone number. Please report this. As a former Publix employee, the corporate office does listen to consumers and seriously listens to all concerns and complaints.

In closing..I did what everyone suggested, spoke to Manager in store, spoke to store manager and finally at someone's suggestion called the Publix Corp. Offices. Excluding the first manager in the store all said it was not right and would be fixed immediately. In closing..Yep, nothing was done all is the same and I wasted my time. Enough about trying to do the right thing. I will avoid the "soup" counter in the SS Publix's.:yuck:
