Default Belk Dept Store

I am so disappointed in the new store, it is so overcrowded with merchandise and obstructions in the aisles. When they expanded the old store I was delighted, but now management has created the same cramped and messy atmosphere as the old one! I was in the bedding dept yesterday, there was a stack of rugs on the floor, a ladder obstructing the aisle and generally a mess. There were tables stacked so high that clothing was falling on the floor in the mens dept. I left being thankful I didn't really need to do any serious shopping for clothes. I wonder if anyone else shares my frustration

I have to agree with you.Bealls, when they remodeled touted larger more senior friendly aisles. Now they have blocked them all up with items so two carts can't pass each other.I guess their all the same.

Walk ways are really bad. And i found it not to be very clean in there. The fitting room had clothes on the floor so be careful.

A very dear friend of ours uses a wheel chair. There not a chance in the world that she would be able to navigate through some of those aisles.

Like some previous restaurant threads, it's pi** poor management. Maybe they teach the method in the MBA program at the Harvard B school.
