At the gyms at the rec center (Seabreeze), do they have trainers that can help you develop a workout program? If not, are there trainers in the area that would do same.

No trainers at the rec center fitness rooms. On campus, MVP sports at Spanish Springs is a full service gym with classes and trainers. There may be other full service gyms off campus.
