Default Sense of Entitlement

I was talking to one of the course ambassadors at Lopez the other day. We were just chatting casually at the practices tees and he mentioned that some players have become rude (cussing and such) when told to pick-up the pace of play (and kicked a few folks of the course). Further, he attributes this attitude to an exagerated sense of entiltlement that has become increasingly common amonger Villagers. Has anyone noticed this?

I think it has become much more pervasive than that. A growing number in our society, especially younger members, seem to have a sense of entitlement to whatever they think they "need."

I agree that there are impatient people on the golf course. Rude, pushy, and mouthy people are out there. I see a whole lot more smiling, nice, friendly people out on the courses though.

It is too bad a few mouthy people make it seem that people are not nice.

A prerequisite of golfing in the Villages on a regular basis should be a course on golf etiquette, time management, and consequences for rude behavior.
