Put in your address and the radius up to 5 miles and you can see the sex offenders. In the area of TV I live there is only 2 within 5 miles, now if you go to Wildwood it's saturated.

Anyone over the age of 19 may buy a home here in TV. This is NOT a true retirement community. It is a federal law that they must allow 10% of the population buy here over that age. You don't see the Developer advertising only 55 and older. It is advertised as an "Active Senior Living Community." A person pass will follow them here too. Nothing you can do about it. If they murdered someone they can live here too.

The bus in Fenney is crossing over to a regular neighborhood , not owned by villages , it’s a public street and I’m sure all those younger nurses are telling you there right age lol

Question No Records

Every time I read the question as to the ratio of residents age 55 vs under 55 I believe it is so naive to believe these number exist. Do you actually believe there is someone working for the Developer who counts these age restrictions. If you do I have a bridge in Brooklyn I am willing to sell to you. Do you believe there is someone on the Developer's staff that says, "Whoa, stop we can't sell that house to this couple as they are 49 yr's old and it may exceed our 55 age restrictions." If you do, remember my bridge for sale!!!

The person that is the reason for this thread was oddly sitting on a bench on Southern Star executive golf course yesterday when I played the course and asked me if he could use my phone. Really odd. I said no. He then asked me if I would dial a number for him and he would just talk into it as I held it. Again, pretty odd.

I find it amazing how many people move here and don't do their homework before hand. Yea we have sex offenders, drug addicts, drug sales people just like the rest of the world. You can rent your home, be a snowbird or live here full time it's up to you. There are rules most people follow many don't. You can have visitors you should make sure they know the rules. As for your younger ones visiting they shouldn't be roaming freely period and as others have said their are offenders living wherever they live normally. Been here just shy of 11 years met people on TOTV before moving here and talked to many both when we visited and did our lifestyle. No place is perfect but for us this place is pretty darn close.
