Love the snowbirds .....paid for part of our home while we were still working...now that we are frogs, love the excitment they bring.

I know what you mean. I had to go up there a couple of times and it was very different then down here. I can understand why the average villager moves 3 times.

I live in Charlotte so as I do agree traffic is less below 466A I fear once Fruitland Park and the Villages off Morse Blvd are completed that will change. Also the 466A Village near Pinellas Plaza will bring another 300 homes. Since Brownwood is not completed yet shoppers still gravitate to the other shopping areas north. That will change once there are enough stores and restaurants to draw crowds.
