Has anyone used this to put into their new place? Are they still in business?
We used them last August and have some falling apart and can reach no one by the number they left!!! EEK! suggestion for someone good to come and rebuild some for us?

I think rebuilding another company's product is maybe not feasible.

Many people on this forum have used Rick's 24 hour blinds. Perhaps he could replace the faulty ones. I think he is an honest and reputable business person who sells a fine product, but I would never ask him to fix someone's elses falling apart product.
