That has to be 15 miles at the most and 8 miles at the most. Obviously it couldn't average that or we'd be at 120 Sq. Miles (new math)

Which is about 36 sq miles

Planned Homes. 55,805
Av. Home Price for 2008 $234,000
Planned Pop. 105,000 by 2017

62 Villages as of May 2009 .. at build out 72 are planned

Villages covers 26,000 acreas / 40 square miles
15 miles North to South
8 miles East to West
Hwy 42 to 466A is 12.5
Hwy 42 to CR44 is 15 miles
I had a feeling this place was at least as large as the community I left in CA...and now I find, it's actually larger. Our city was 15,581 acres, 24.3 square miles and the population was just a tad more than TV. Here things are planned and laid out better, MUCH better. Thanks for the info Tom.

23,000 acres would be 35.9 square mile
640 acres = 1 sq mile

an acre is 43,560 sq feet

You get paid to read and post on TOTV??
I thought when you got bored at work, you went looking for something to do that would help your employer.

Default size of villages

Something tells me that TV is going to be larger than the well advertised built out. Just look at Lady Lake and Wildwood and it doesn't take much imagination to see these areas getting annex. So how big is TV? Too big for this country boy.
