In a word, none.

Consider the target buyer, they typically think having a rudimentary smart thermostat makes a home smart. Few would be willing to pay extra for just that.

Of course you can easily make any home smart.

Whatever they think is "smart" I'd rip it out and install my own system. It's a marketing gimmick, nothing more. Full integration is the most essential feature of any great home automation system. I doubt the builders here are capable enough to deliver such a system.
