Thanks very much,
i have roof solar panels that heat my 34x10 foot pool from late spring to early November. Not al all after that. Cannot use pool in winter. I priced gas heaters(gas available in my village) but although the heater was reasonable prices, the cost of the gas was much too high. More than $1000 in January, for ex.

We have a gas heater with a solar blanket to keep the heat in. We use our 16x30 pool all year, as long as the air temperature is in the upper 70s or higher. When the temperature is going to be below that for an extended period of time, we turn the heater off. If we see we will be having a run of warm days, we turn it on to 80. We just got our gas bill for last month - $139.

I had solar installed in February and my pool hit 86 degrees last Tuesday.
I can't remember the exact name of the company but it was NOT Jack's.
I'll pm you with the exact info when I find it.

Solar Trek out of Ocala. Ask for Patrick the owner. They did a great job, was very reasonable (compared to Solar Jack) and use the best pool solar system (Heliotex) in the industry. 352-351-1333

Solar Trek in Ocala. They added panels and fixed what was wrong with our first install.
Some of the other installers don't know Jack!
