Other than the cracked ceiling, we haven't had any issues.....of course, other than the waterline that separated but that was sloppiness on the part of the original installer. The house has been just fine.

It is very obvious why his parents didn't tell him when they bought in the Villages....HE'S AN IDIOT !!!!!
