Where are the songbirds? Used to be dozens in my yard, now none

Too hot. They went north for the summer. You heard of snow song birds.

Migration time, you're lucky I have very few song birds compared to Midwest where I came from. I thought Florida would be song bird heaven, maybe east or west coast, but in my area only get most migrating through.

I was just asking my wife the same question. The Cardinals and Mockingbirds are no where to be found. I really miss them. Once in a while one, who may have been left behind sounds off. Even the Whipperwill is gone. (Thank God) Sad!
