Myself, I drive according to the conditions. Knowing my local roads as I do I exceed the limit at times because I know it's safe and decrease my speed accordingly. Sometimes shiz does happen and we've all fell victim to that. I just don't like using the A word when I see so many people blatantly doing something stupid and claiming it was an accident. No sir, not an accident it was stupidity.
