I just had a ridiculous interaction with them. my remote stopped functioning, I called the support line and was transferred 4 times until I got to THE person who could replace my remote. I was then told it would cost $10 to send the new one out. my response was to ask them if it was worth $10 to lose me as a customer because I wasn't paying for the remote needed to access the equipment I'm already paying too much for. he was able to suddenly find a waiver for the $10. a half hour call to replace a remote.
