Here's a senerio, you go to pee after swimming, take off suit while in there, wrap yourself in a towel, walk into locker room, drop towel and dress...all the while a worker is outside the door...just saying

Scenerio the adult pools are single stall lock the door and you are safe!

Sooo, to be comfortable, sanitary and safe when using the pool, lock yourself in the john for your stay, ladies. Even though you pay dearly for pool amenities.

Can you explain why workman are too good for porta potties or why they are not supplied to the workers by the builders?

I always lock the door when I go into a single stall bathroom. The amenities are so inexpensive why do you care if someone uses a bathroom. I live north of 466A the workers need bathrooms and there is no place to put port a potties!!

If they are at a work site, there is room for a portapotty.

Your amenities are not cheap. Why not let the surrounding communities in to use the bathrooms and pools too since you feel it’s so cheap?

NoMoSno 06-23-2021 07:00 PM

OSHA standard: 1926.51(c)(1) requires portapotties to be provided on the worksite.

[/QUOTEThey are inexpensive. A lot of the villages are built out. No room for port a potties. We are here b9 years and there have been zero times there was any report of a worker assaulting an old lady at a TV pool.

So it will never happen? Remember, not everyone is as old as you and there are some very nice looking woman living here and they use the pools.

Actully, I am younger in better shape then the typical TV female. 20 to 30 year olds are looking to use the bathroom not an assault of an older woman. We are here 9 years zero assaults at a pool by a villages worker!

Playing devil’s advocate, at what point are the facilities at the pools off limits to non-residents and/or guests? And by at what point, I mean a physical location on the property. Once someone enters the gate? For example, if a non-resident, and a non-guest pass person walks in and wants to sit at one of the lounge chairs or tables and has lunch, is that allowed? Personally I don’t have a problem with workers using the bathrooms at the pools, but it seems to me that once you enter the gate at any of these facilities, you’re entering an area that is designated for residents and/or their guests.

True,. This thread is about workers having to use a bathroom and that needs to be allowed. TV has stopped monitoring the pools and that needs to be addressed.

The point is they are using private property and abusing it by men going into the ladies. These are not unisex rest rooms. They are clearly marked. Just because you are ok with it does not mean others are.

Some residents feel threatened.

It does not need to be used by workers, period. There should be portapotties and it looks like OSHA could get involved here.

There is zero difference between the single stall rest rooms. I have used both if tbere is a line. I can not understand how that can be an issue!!!!!!!
