Have you perhaps heard of the word “curiosity”. It’s just a game. I don’t understand the obsession.

Since you mentioned guns ...

No one without firearms experience should buy a gun unless they also sign up for an NRA-approved course in how to use it - both effectively and safely. My suggestion ...

Actually, given the level of fear, panic and stress exhibited by at least half the posters on TOTV, there should be a moratorium on NEW gun licenses until this is over. NAH--never will happen, the NRA will see to it

Neither do I. Perhaps because there is a large number of golfers?

Common sense isn;'t always common. People continue to gather, thinking arms length is enough space, unable to observe restrictions that cramp their style. The number of folks who don't take it seriously, as always, screw it up for everyone.

I guess I would ask why someone who's curious about those who enjoy the game would bother to move to a community that has tons of golf courses. Golf is obviously a major draw in TV.

That's not really fair. There are about a million other things for her to do here. In fact, last I heard, golf was only the third most popular sport after softball and pickleball.

I could not have cared less about golf in my decision to move here. Golf was truly meaningless in that process. I was looking for pretty much anything else. You’ll never battle me for a tee time. I merely asked why the obsession when everything else is shut down. You can climb down now.
