I'm surprised nobody has mentioned yet today about the story on the news last night about the Golf Cart chop shop right here in TV. Not sure which news channel ran it, but it seems all the recent stolen golf carts was due to a Chop Shop right here in TV. They didn't mention which Village the house was in. It wasn't the home owner but his niece who was the mastermind behind it. The neighbors didn't know what was going on but they were all upset about the mess the house and property was in. Sumter County sheriffs office has now shut it down.

Another online news source reported that as of now, none of the recent golf carts stolen can be traced back to this house located in the village of Palo Alto. The neighbors seemed to have their suspicions and made several calls to local authorities.

The primary reason for the SWAT team going to the house was because they had three separate undercover drug buys out of that house. They seemed surprised when they found all the golf cart parts and are assuming it was a chop shop of sorts. This has been on most of the news channels and was mentioned in the Daily Sun this morning.

There have been other golf cart chop shops previously busted. Sadly, there will be more to follow.

TOTV and the online news are in direct competition for advertisers. I'd guess admin sees no good reason to help out competition.

This Forum has no connection to The Morse family. It is owned by someone else completely. Just as Redwitch says, the online news is in competition for the same advertising dollars, makes sense not to advertise for your competition.

The drug selling going on in the house bothers me much more than the stolen golf cart parts found there. It was not just one isolated drug buy but at least three by a confidential informant. You can bet there were a lot more by others. Definitely not what I would want in my neighbor's house.

The owner was not charged but his niece was charged. I have to wonder if the owner was competent enough to know what was happening in his own home or if the niece was also acting as his caretaker. A person would have to be really far gone not to notice the difference extra people in the house and the drug activity.

If she is gone (as she definitely should be), will the owner be competent enough to care for himself and take care of the house?

Neighbors had complained to the CDD for some time about the slovenly condition of the property. What will happen now?

Was it CNN or NBC or CBS ?
I think the Villages should open and investigation concerning unmentionable new sources
