Could it be that snowbirds are arriving and buying basic supplies?
Seems that T P gets easy notice. |
I think it was worry about the storm. People were stocking up on supplies. The shelves are fine in other parts of Florida.

Kilm. I wonder if it’s negotiable in the price. Instead of furniture included TP included 🤣

Uh - it was Hurricane Etta, we were expecting a pretty nasty storm coming at the edge of that. Shelves were mostly stocked up yesterday just fine at Publix. There HAVE been some empty spots ever since the initial Pandemic closings in March/April - they were never back up to full. But now they're pretty much the same as they usually are when you're expecting a huge storm the next day.
Not a big deal. Maybe they're empty of the brand YOU prefer - so pick a different brand. There's plenty available. |

Maybe it's worth while hanging onto the much maligned phone books.
Just in case!:icon_wink: |
There's plenty on Amazon.

good point, nothing like being prepared. I'm going to stop tossing out the Daily Sun :icon_wink: |
Trailwinds Publix had almost empty shelves for paper towels, napkins
and toilet paper. Ridiculous. |
No TP at Sam's Club
Not that I would consider it a disaster, but I was surprised that there was no TP at Sam's Club earlier this week.
