Ours has done the same thing. I don't know if it's chasing the cat or cleaning but it gets hung up on the door tracks to the lanai or going under chairs.

Then, last Thursday, the stereo system cut on and was playing music at 4 AM. On Sunday morning, the Roomba started again. Now while I like a clean home and music, I found these happenings unsettling. The Roomba is not programmed (because I don't know how). And the stereo system cutting on was very unnerving. I thought I had a home invasion. Anyone have any suggestions other than the Russians are hacking? Or that I live in the upside down world? I am getting sleep deprived from all these shenanigans.

Same issue here. Starts to clean at 10 of 6pm every thursday. Never programmed it so downloaded the app but could not link it up. We have decided to just live with it and let it clean on Thursday evenings.

Something everyone should do, invite a priest over for lunch and have him bless the house.

That's the 1st step allowing the machines to self-actualize and then take over.

Blessed are the meek, for they shall not cavort with the machines.

The TRUTH is out there.

A year ago, or so.. in matter of a few hours..Had a lightly weighted shelf in the garage collapsed, the lazy suzan in the bottom kitchen cabinet collapsed... To top it off, a large living room painting fell off the wall onto a lamp causing damage...Thinking, a surge in earth gravity, or a very deep sink hole subterranian under the house collapsed, if there is such a thing..

I don't even know what model we had (I didn't buy it) but the roomba type thing that we had would suddenly turn on, no rhyme or reason. It would depart it's base, meander about the floor in a nonsensical pattern and maybe 10 minutes later return to it's port. It never came close to vacuuming the whole room and it would get easily stuck under furniture. I was so happy when that thing was finally "retired" to a shelf in the garage.

Well if my dear wife actually got up earlier than me and made breakfast would only think some thing really weird was going on.
