Default Strong Sewage odor at Magnolia Plaza

There has been a very strong sewage odor at the Magnolia Plaza Site in Marsh Bend. Just driving past with the windows closed is subject to the odor. I wonder if there is a sewer problem there that is possibly holding up construction. I'm pretty sure, but not positive, that the sewage has to cross the Turnpike at some point to get to the treatment plant. Any thoughts or knowledge to add?

I'm not trying to get the odor taken care of as it isn't near where I live. Just wondering if there is a sewage problem at Magnolia that is holding up construction. There were 5 or 6 trucks with workers meandering around in there yesterday and today it was just a vacant lot once again.

The odor is from the lift station next to the #6 green on loblolly across the street from the plaza. I’ve heard it is being addressed. Same problem was at the blue heron pool and it is having mitigation equipment installed now.
