I'm hoping for the benevolent dictator approach.
And if that doesn't happen, I'm hoping we can depend on sensible residents like dbussone and BTK to keep our fiscal boat afloat.

How spoiled we have become to have to drive "all the way" to any end of TV or another. Is anything any more than 15 minutes away from any where else?

I think the planners have done an excellent job of providing like amenitiies and acceses where ever they build. All the while learning and improving as they go.

Yep Championship tennis:bowdown: with two hard courts per rec. center south of the mason Dixie line. Even some of the rec. center only have 4 pickleball courts. :shrug:
