Default The right time to buy a Golf Cart

Being new to TV I have been looking for a Golf Cart, either new or in great condition used. A neighbor told me to wait until the spring that there will be more used carts for sale then there are now & that the new cart prices come down. Is this true. Does anyone have first hand shopping & buying experience?

Thanks

The best time for a new cart is August/September when the new models come out and the dealers discount the prior year models, just like cars. Not too sure about used, depends upon supply and demand and how many available

I do know that companies and individuals that rent carts frequently sell excess inventory at the end of the high season (spring). The reputable ones refurbish the carts or give a warranty. If buying from an individual, it seems high season is the best time to buy, but you won't necessarily be getting the best price and the cart will probably have no warranty.
