Default Sweet Village stories

Today as we were chauffeuring our furry 4 legged friend (Moses would drive if his paws could reach the gas pedal) around Florida's friendliest hometown, we noticed a sweet little lady standing in golf cart path, looking like a deer in headlights, petite, frail and sweet lady with her cane, wondering how she was ever going to muster the energy to make that step over the curb, the "ole boy" jumped out of cart and helped her, looking as if he had jumped off his white horse, she turned to Doug and said "I'll be including you in my prayers tonight, God bless you. Needless to say, it made our day!

I'll bet all of you have some stories to tell about our wonderful Villagers also.

Delighted to read and not surprised. Hugs to you both.

When I had my little escapade in the hospital in December, found a perfect rose in a glass vase on my front porch. No note. People are so kind and thoughtful.
