Yes. I made my first mask with cut up T-shirt material. I used the hair ties and bingo, it was done in under one minute. I wore it for the first time to Publix. Now I'm getting fancier....I'm using a coffee filter in between the layers as a filter. I have also used a paper towel in the middle of the layers as a filter. Anything is better than nothing.

A mask might protect other people if you are a carrier. A mask will not protect you.

I remembered I had a couple of masks from a project years ago. I found them and they are 3M N95s. Yay!
