Welcome to The Villages. ...AND...The "WAY" I LIKE "GRENADIER" is Baked in Butter smothered in crushed Ritz Crackers. GRENADIER...Its what's for dinner.

mrsanborn, congrats and here's hoping all goes as planned. We're right behind you... we'll be moving to Ansley Path in TG.

Default Welcome

Congratulations to all TG Villagers! Thought Sanibel group was jumping but you are great with high exciting decibels too. Already a first social get together! In addition to a monthly social, FYI, we started a garage party on Friday. Someone wanting to host a garage party, puts out an agreed upon sign on the front lawn. One brings one's own lawn chair and drinks. The host only offers the outside garage space. It doesn't happen every Friday but whenever some one wants to do it. Quick way to getting to know more neighbors. We already did a few times amongst our immediate neighbors at Pennecamp, a relative new Village. I do realize you don't want 180 neighbors descending on your garage either

Default Wow!

Sounds like Tamarind Grove is hopping! We bought a lot in TB on Carriage Hill Way, didn't start to build yet, have to sell our home in the islands yet, just got back from there, real estate is s-l-o-w, so little disappointed I can't start building yet. Can't wait to start, hoping it will be soon.

We moved to Tamarind Grove from the Baltimore area on July 5th, it was Harford County to be exact. We're in the courtyard villas in Southern Star villas. Our neighborhood is a little quiet because several villas were bought by snow birds who aren't here right now. Just got back from the community pool, that's a good place to meet a lot of the neighbors.

Hi Helen LCSW . . . . My husband and I moved into our Tamarind Grove home on Montbrook Place in late June and we love it here. I'm a Baltimore native, but lived in North Carolina for 20 years before moving here. I really miss the great seafood (especially the steamed crabs). Looking forward to meeting you. Stop by and say hello if you have time (2354 Montbrook Pl)

We recently bought a lot ( #47 ) at the end of Dividing Creek Path. I see there are quite a few lots already sold and some being built on. Anyone out there building on Dividing Creek Path ???

We bought a lot on Dividing Creek Path in late July. We are meeting with the design center in to weeks. We are building a designer home and it should be completed by mid november. We would like to sell our house in NJ before we move in full time. Our house in NJ is up for sale now. We are ready for the next chapter of our life to begin in TV. See you soon.
