We are having my 83 year old mother over to our house for dinner (which will be at 1pm). None of us eat that much anymore, and I am just making a turkey breast and the usual fixin's...potatoes, corn, dressing, salad. No pie for any of us......but Patrick has requested chocolate pudding with "the white stuff" (whipped cream).

Then we'll play Mexican Train dominos and my husband will watch football.

We have never cared for Turkey, but will have the usual Roasting hen and Butt Ham with all the trimmings. We have invited people into our home for 43 years in a row for thanksgiving and this year will be no exception. We have a few of the neighbors coming for our traditional 2:00 feast.

I am retiring on the 21st and will arrive in Florida for the winter on the 23rd.
Happy Thanksgiving,

Don't know where you live, but will be coming over for Thanksgiving dinner. Sounds like the meals I grew up with. (Italian pastries...none available here, so enjoy 'em while you can!)
