The reason we moved into a developed area is do we have 10 years or so to wait?

We chose to live south of the turnpike specifically because there are no big box stores down here. There are plenty close enough. We will be getting a gas station and a McDonalds plus a few other things and that’s fine with us.

I was just at trail winds and saw no evidence of any big store being built. Maybe I was on wrong side (Lowe’s/Publix)

If you believe all of the Costco rumors in this site, you would expect there to be at least 10 Costcos in The Villages by now.

But, they are building a Costco in Clermont. Not a rumor.
