Default Deal Killers

I just wanted to pass this along to those of you out there floating around in the same real estate boat, wondering where we're headed.

There is a great little article on msn.com today about the 10 things that can kill a real estate deal for buyers or sellers.

I remember when "deal killers" was the name for parents who stepped into the picture along with young potential buyers. I think the economy could have used a little more of that kind of deal killer on this last go-round for real estate.

Boomer:

Could you provide the link? I searched and found a number of articles on real estate deal killers.

Uh oh. My cover is blown. Now, I have to confess. I don't know how to do links. I have always depended on the kindness of strangers when I throw an article title out here on TOTV. Somebody always provides the link.
...Your cry for help has been answered. Here is the link you are talking about

http://realestate.msn.com/selling/Ar...umentid=178230

If you have the google search engine or any other search engine...all I did was type in the name you provided and the search engine did the rest. I chose the one that said msn and there was your article. Thanks. I am in the same boat with so many of the rest of you.

Tip on inserting links from other web sites...

1. *Go to the web page whose address you want to copy
2. *Right mouse click on the "Address" field on your browser, at the top
3. *Click on "copy"
4. *Go back to TOTT, to the thread you want to reply to
5. *Click "Reply"
6. *Put you cursor in the message area and right click your mouse.
7. *Click on "paste" and the web link that you copied will be pasted into your reply message. *

Don't worry about it becoming underlined as a typical link. *It will do that after you hit "Post."

You will become an expert linker in no time.

Thank you. Thank you, kind strangers.

(It looks like this morning's MSN headline was recycled from 2006. I guess some things don't change too much where real estate deals are concerned.)
