Have you tried logging out and then back in? Or, using a different computer where you are not automatically logged in? The old version seems to still be available.

njbchbum, do you recall what kind of page it was? Like a page telling you how to navigate TOTV, somebody's thread, one of the headings at the top of the page, etc?

For others, it looks like if you hit Reply, it will automatically quote the post. Now that's an improvement!

People seem to always dislike change.

Weird I had no "reply with quote" tab either this morning, but pressed "reply" and it added your quote automatically.

I think they changed the format to "Reply" adds the quote, and "quick reply" doesn't.

Have you tried a different browser? I use the Samsung Internet browser and the MS Edge browser, but when I go to the website with the Chrome browser, it goes to the new version.
