Is he paying.
How do we know he is paying his fees. Maybe they reduced them for his lack of use of the facilities.

I would like to weigh in on this, but I must prioritize my ponderings and now the following are ahead of this topic:
Which arm rest is mine in the movie theater? Why does an Allstate insurance policy carry the caveat, "Not available in all states."? Do astronauts change the clock every time they enter a new time zone? How did Noah find penguins in Mesopotamia? |

Do you suppose this is the same guy? This activity is in Illinois about 20 years ago.

The villages own the rec centers and pools. There are restrictions in your deed, I'm sure one of them is Thou shall not act like an idiot.

Here we go again !
From the other Villages news source A 79-year-old Villager has been arrested for the third time this year for trespassing on Villages property. Richard Hendricks was arrested at 6:38 p.m. Friday at Spanish Springs Town Square by Lady Lake police. Hendricks has been barred from all Villages property. After Hendricks was arrested in July when he showed up at the Orange Blossom Hills Country Club swimming, The Villages sent him a followup letter reminding he was barred from all facilities. He was also arrested in March after showing up on Villages property. He is free on $1,000 bond after being booked at the Lake County Jail. |
Upon reading about terrible disasters that happened I often wonder if there was any forewarning.
Some folks behave outside the perimeters of what is considered normal behavior, but that in itself is not actionable. Nor have we been raised to be intolerant of those that are emotional or mentally ill. Sometimes there are problems with no easy solutions, so most of us fall back on common sense and try to avoid the problem if we can. And pray. Some of us pray. |

Suzie Casta - Tony Barck did you see?? | Facebook The last time we were there for a preview in July, we made friends with a couple that lives on the same street as him. We love the location and their house. They are considering buying another home in TV in the future and we are planning on moving there in about 18 months. It was a great match for all of us and we will be the first people they notify instead of going through a realtor when they want to sell their home.. With all that I have read about this guy, it would definitely give me pause of buying a house on that street if he is still living there at the time. With a simple search you can find this guy has been arrested by Lake County 8 times since 2007. We had a similar experience many years ago with a next door neighbor here in NC and after she was arrested 6 times for threatening a coworker. She was finally thrown in jail and sold her house. It is strange to walk outside your house and see 6 police cars in front of and around your neighbor's home and her being perp walked to a cruiser. It was even weirder to go for a walk and run into her since you never knew how she would react. I don't want to knowingly move into a neighborhood with a person like this residing within a stone's throw away. We will have to see the circumstances when we get the call from them that they are ready to sell. |
Today's online news reports that the Town of Lady Lake's "vexatious litigant" Richard Hendricks has filed suit against Villages Director of Recreation John Rohan and head of the Entertainment Department Brian Russo because he has been banned from Villages activities. He is seeking $4,999 in damages.

Sounds like he's more than a few short of a dozen. Obviously needs some serious help.

Not that I advocate any violence but Nucky is on to something here.
I have seen where associates of Rocco & Vito LLP have successfully intervened in a calm and professional manner to stop offensive behavior. Sorta like the scene from the Sopranos where Tony educates a young man that wearing a hat in a restaurant is innapropriate. |
