Surprised that the management at Tierra del Sol allow employees to not wear a mask.
My wife and I were at Tierra del Sol last Sunday, and it was true. There was a staff member walking around inside without a mask on. And he went outside and then came back inside again, still without a mask. From the look of it, I doubt that he forgot to put it on. This should not be allowed - especially by facilities that are owned and operated by The Villages. Management should step in and do something about it.
And to all those who think masks are not effective. Seriously? After all the evidence that's been provided? |

Contact John Rohan and let him know. Its unconscionable that people aren't smart enough to wear masks when we are an endangered age group in a pandemic. Golf is one of the few activities people can enjoy relatively safely these days. Let's not have a few uncaring people ruin it for others.

I suspect The Villages can tell the pro shops what to do, if they feel patrons are being endangered in any way, or if the patrons make it clear they feel endangered. |

Indoors when unable to maintain social distancing?---yes, of course Outdoors sitting in your driveway alone?---certainly not Driving your car alone? Seems idiotic yet I saw at least 7 drivers doing that today. You cannot make a blanket statement like that to cover all situations, and there isn't any "scientist" who thinks you can |

When you wear a mask, you protect others as well as yourself. Masks work best when everyone wears one. A mask is NOT a substitute for social distancing. Masks should still be worn in addition to staying at least 6 feet apart, especially when indoors around people who don’t live in your household. Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol after touching or removing your mask. Masks may not be necessary when you are outside by yourself away from others, or with other people who live in your household. However, some localities may have mask mandates while out in public, please check for the rules in your locality. Happy? |

PS: I doubt it is "no one", after all, those people cycling alone or driving alone with a mask must think they are in a situation that warrants it. As Momma always said---"stupid is as stupid does" |
