What a terrible thing to say. Sit back, take a deep breath, and just calm down. No one is stealing resources from you. Snow birds support our businesses. REMEMBER, NO STATE TAX BECAUSE OF TOURISM. now you want to run it off. Relax!

well now we know that only snowbirds use toilet paper and have covid. i think they should have the letters "C" & "T" put on their clothes
i thought the Villages was a 55+ community, not 12 year olds

I had to come home to Canada prepared to do a mandatory 14 day quarantine and wasn't allowed to go to any stores. When I tried to get food delivered, not a single store was answering my calls. Let's all be understanding of each other in these tough times.

They have every right to stay or go as they please. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Good heavens! Read your comments back to yourself once the pandemic is a memory and then realize how others perceive you have written. Are you related to Chicken Little?

Very intelligent theory.NOT. My wife and I have been snowbirds (owners) for 15 years. For you to call us "these people" is ridiculous. Just think if all "these people" decided to be here full time instead of 3-6 months. What would your complaint be then?

Raymar was a lot more direct than I.

The OP's post is silly and trying to get a reaction.

I posted it was "fishy" and the post was deleted.

How big was your sample size? Why are snowbirds more likely to get the virus than permanent residents? I have gone home as have others I know and all of us did no hoarding. Your capability for critical thought seems to be severely lacking, bassfish.

Maybe you should go somewhere else !! You appear to be very rude not so friendly like the Villages are supposed to be !! I find your statement insulting

Another opinion. Snowbirds, my fellow Americans, you are welcome in my community. Period. Come and go as you please. After all, you are Americans! And the OP is simply a troll who gets off on stirring the pot.

And you think that full-time residents aren't hoarding?

I am loving the piling on to the original poster! Some very clever people out there with good senses of humor. More humor please - less panic!

Talk about mis information! ....
Everyone is freaking out. That's a given. How about a little empathy since everyone on Earth is in the same boat! No one wants anybody else to get sick or not be able to wipe their butt! I literally have given away five rolls of toilet paper in the last week and I am a snowbird! I can only assume the original poster is a very selfish person who lives in their own little bubble within THE bubble. The danger is, if the world had that opinion, we would be in much bigger trouble!

This is time to unite and come together as a globe. (And by unite I mean staying 6 feet apart, and wave at each other, and smile, and throw rolls of toilet paper back and forth.)
Good luck to us all.
And I mean ALL!

That's my two cents, it's worth what you paid for it...
