We just sold our courtyard villa with no lawn for a home with lawn in Hillsborough. Who do people use for lawn mowing, shrub trimming and weeding? Also we had Massey for pest control, etc. Thinking of changing. Any recommendations?

I certainly could NOT, and would NOT, recommend Service Smart or Once A Year for any of the above services. Use the search bar on the orange-ish colored line near the top to this page. You should find lots of reasons not to use them. Use the same search bar to find many alternatives as well.

I'm thinking about going with Deans for lawn & shrub fertilization & for barrier protection for bugs around the house. I like the idea that they bill you every 2 mo. so you are not tied into a yearly contract in case you want to terminate them.
Any pros or cons on Deans????

For anything landscaping. ....lawn maint, weeding, shrub trimming, tree trimming, new plantings, landscape walls, clean up, stoning or mulching like I said anything landscaping.
