Tom. According to BogieShooter's post, the same procedure to use a room is needed to use the picnic area or "pavilion" as it is called. You must have a responsible volunteer sign for it.

The get together usually is about two hours.

 There is a pavilion in LSL Market Square. On Lake Shore Dr. next to the Radio Station. The public restrooms are there also. It has, I believe 8 picnic tables under cover. You don't have to be a resident to sit there so our outside the bubble members could attend also.

That sounds perfect. I forgot about it.

Sounds like a good solution.

I spoke to the attendant at Sterling Heights. They don't always get things right. Which is why I suggested asking a different club house attendant in a rec center the same questions I asked in my post.

Then again Bogie himself may be an attendant and I never looked into it before. I was in a neighborhood club, with signatures and a checking account so this was never an issue.

When it was first started in 1907 or ‘08, Sharon (VillagesKid) organized it. I think Barefoot and Donna found Crispers for us.

We felt it was simple to have the TOTV function at a restaurant.
Especially because only a handful of people might show up.
Our thinking was we could use the patio if the weather was pleasant; otherwise we could move the function inside.
We booked the function at 3 PM on Fridays because Crispers wasn't busy at that time.
We always checked with the manager in advance, to remind him of our monthly function.

I'm in for whatever the masses decide. We will travel anywhere necessary. My main goal at this point is to take it easy on Mr. Tinkererer. Once this gets rolling it should be easy I would think. Either day is good also. Sunday will make us available because of no Doctors appointments. As far as missing football on Sunday The Giants lose anyway. Let's get this done. :Screen_of_Death::Screen_of_Death:
