I'm going to try to make it but will probably be late again. Sometimes this need to earn $$ really bites.

Today in honor of your gathering, I will have a mug of hot coffee, with sweet-n-low and vanilla spiced rum creamer, close my eyes and pretend I am there.

I'm working at the firehouse today and it is minus 20 degrees windchill, zero temp. Maybe we can make the May gathering..we'll be down there then. Enjoy!!

When I'm in town, I always remind the Crispers Manager a few days before the gathering that TOTV peeps will be arriving at 3 PM. Sometimes he arranges to have extra staff on hand.
I love sitting outdoors at Crispers. Some of us may want to wear down-filled jackets and still enjoy the patio. :cold:

Good idea Bare, maybe we'll get an afternoon reprieve like we did the other day and it will get warm enough for us to sit outside. Its so much nicer than inside. No down jacket for me, but I'll layer my clothes and try to sit outside too. Its really cold today though. See ya later.

I love Crispers. I love getting together with TOTV'rs. I am NOT sitting on the patio in the cold. You guys will take pictures and everyone will be frowning because they are chilly. I am going to Lake Miona Rec center and play Bingo and think about you. I will miss you all and cry onto my Bingo cards.

I had mukluks in Rhode Island and left them there!
Heck, today would be a beach day up north!!!
The daffodils and crocus would be blooming and we would shed our winter clothes and BASK in the sunshine!!

I just came back from shopping and its a beautiful day today. We may be able to sit outside if we bundle up a bit and sit close together, LOL... Pictures later.

The lunch was a HUGE success. Many, many new people came. It was a wonderful event. Unfortunately, the pictures will be coming later tonight. Wish you were all there to enjoy the festivities!!
