Default More than two residents per household?

Question: If three adults live in one household (legal residence of each as evidenced by their FL drivers license), can all three have resident status as far as The Villages is concerned?

Thanks.

Yes, it is very common to see, many residents have one or more parents residing with them. Then of course there are those with adult children living with them, most good, some unfortunately not.

I know when you pay your golf cart trail fee it is good for up to 4 people in the household.

Great! My brother will be living with us and I was hoping I wouldn't have to tell him he couldn't take part in TV activities with us!

Thanks!

It's called a non-owner resident. The ID cards are blue.

I thought you had to be on the deed. The three of us are.

If you are on the deed you get a green card. If you are not you get a blue card. There are some hoops to jump to prove you live there. I believe one possible proof was a Florida Driver’s license.

Proof required: Florida ID or driver’s license and another document such as a bill addressed to you at the TV address, bank statement with TV address. Pretty easy to get.

Yes, when we moved here in 2011.our son was in the military. He got a Florida drivers license at our address. He was issued a blue card. Could use all the amenities including golf trail pass. After five years they required an update on him.

This material should provide the info you need:
https://www.districtgov.org/departme...non-owners.pdf
and the link for that application can be found here:

Nah, we really roll, though!

Good luck on your move here. Hope all three of you enjoy TV.

I just needed to be married to a person on the deed and have the same address as my spouse. Not necessarily a villages address. We currently have 4 owners on the deed and 4 spouses as non-owners.
