Default Finally coming to TV

Well, after trying to sell our condo, up north, for the last three years, we decided to get a smaller place down here in TV. We will be in TV 6 months a year. We close on our Patio Villa in the village of Belle Aire next week. So we hope to see you all during our time here in TV. Yahooo!

Good move, Jim! Your place in CT will sell at some point, I'm sure.

Enjoy being in TV!

I agree with Bill. My friend in NJ did the same thing and bought a patio villa six years ago with the idea of upgrading once he became a FROG. Now newly retired, he is toying with the thought of upgrading, but he loves where he is. Not sure if he will stay in his patio villa or upgrade. Either way, he is happy.

Welcome Jim and congrats.

I totally sympathize on the condo selling issue. I've been stuck with mine in Stamford, CT since the spring of 2007 when I moved to Maine. My last listing price was nearly 20% below what I paid for it back in 2004. Thank God it's rented and I'm nearly breaking even on expenses each year.

Will be a Mainer (Maine-iac? ) roughly from April to November and a Villager from November to April.
